Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleSource, screen, and interview candidates with a focus on Spanish-speaking talent
  • check_circleManage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance
  • check_circleConduct interviews in both English and Spanish to ensure cultural fit
  • check_circleCollaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and develop recruitment strategies
  • check_circleMaintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring requirements
  • check_circleUtilize applicant tracking systems to manage and track candidate activity
  • check_circleRepresent the company at virtual and in-person job fairs and recruitment events
  • check_circleEnsure compliance with company policies and employment laws during hiring
  • check_circleProvide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professionalism

Requirements

  • verifiedHigh school diploma or equivalent required
  • verifiedAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
  • verifiedBilingual in English and Spanish (fluent/professional level required)
  • verifiedMinimum 1–2 years of recruiting experience
  • verifiedStrong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS)
  • verifiedMust be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
  • verifiedMust be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
  • verifiedMust be willing to submit to drug screening

Nice to Have

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field. Recruiting experience in a high-volume or call center environment. Prior call center experience (as a recruiter or agent).
