Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for Recruiter I opportunities in a Remote capacity. This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a company that provides electric power, natural gas, and energy management services to approximately two million customers across the continental United States.
In this position, you will partner with the Centralized Delivery Team to manage high-volume, full life-cycle recruiting for assigned clients. Your day-to-day will involve sourcing candidates, developing diverse slates, and conducting interviews to evaluate knowledge, skills, and abilities against job requirements. You will be responsible for managing the entire candidate experience, from positioning the opportunity and administering technical exercises to coordinating schedules, managing assessments, and guiding candidates through the offer process. Additionally, you will maintain position vacancies and candidate activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
This role requires significant travel, estimated at 50% of the time, with specific travel periods in September, October, November, and January. While the company covers flights and accommodations, candidates are responsible for meal expenses. The position also involves mandatory event planning and university recruiting experience.
To be considered, candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a business-related field or Human Resources discipline, with 5-7 years of experience in high-volume, full life-cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate environment. Industry experience is preferred.
