The Epic Certified Willow Applications Support Coordinator serves as a vital link between the Accenture team, software vendors, and clients within a dynamic healthcare environment. This position demands a blend of technical proficiency and excellent communication skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality support and enhancements.
In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert for application workflows and configurations, managing and prioritizing daily support and maintenance activities to ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests. You will serve as the primary liaison with client stakeholders, ensuring system capabilities align with business needs, while coordinating with offshore support teams to facilitate effective communication, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
Your day-to-day impact includes maintaining comprehensive system documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, data governance, and organizational security policies, and participating in regular team meetings to provide updates on ongoing work and resource needs. You will also support teams working on other applications, contributing to a broader ecosystem of healthcare technology solutions.
