The Epic Certified Willow Applications Support Coordinator serves as a vital link between technical operations and business needs within a dynamic healthcare environment. This role exists to ensure the delivery of high-quality support and enhancements for Epic Willow applications, managing day-to-day operations and fostering strong client stakeholder relationships.
In this position, you will act as a subject matter expert for application workflows and configurations. Your day-to-day involves managing and prioritizing support activities to ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests per defined SLAs. You will serve as the primary liaison with client stakeholders to align system capabilities with business needs and coordinate with offshore support teams to ensure effective communication and performance monitoring. Additionally, you will maintain critical system documentation, including workflows and testing protocols, while ensuring strict compliance with HIPAA, data governance, and organizational security policies.
