The Epic Certified Willow Applications Support Coordinator serves as a vital link between technical operations and business needs within a dynamic healthcare environment. This role demands a blend of technical proficiency and excellent communication skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality support and enhancements.
You will act as a subject matter expert for application workflows and configurations, managing day-to-day operations and prioritizing support activities to ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests. As a liaison with client stakeholders, you will ensure system capabilities align with business needs while coordinating with offshore support teams to facilitate effective communication and performance monitoring. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining system documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and data governance policies, and supporting broader team initiatives.
