About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Recruiter to join our team in Piscataway, NJ. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our talent acquisition efforts, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial sourcing to successful onboarding. You will partner closely with account managers and clients to understand their unique hiring requirements, ensuring a seamless match between top-tier talent and major enterprise opportunities.
Your day-to-day involves building robust talent pipelines through strategic networking, LinkedIn, and job boards, while conducting thorough phone and video interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications. As a key member of our onsite team, you will navigate a fast-paced environment, maintaining clear communication with candidates and clients alike to ensure timely and high-quality submissions.
