Kentro is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to support a portfolio of Department of Defense (DoD) and Special Operations Command (SOCOM) programs. This role is designed for a results-driven professional who will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for highly cleared and specialized positions supporting mission-critical operations across CONUS and OCONUS locations.
You will partner closely with program leadership, hiring managers, business development teams, and security personnel to develop strategic recruiting solutions that enable mission success and workforce readiness. The day-to-day involves navigating the complexities of the federal contracting environment, building talent pipelines for technical and operational roles, and representing the company at career fairs and military transition events. Active Secret Clearance or higher (TS/SCI strongly preferred); Recruiting certification such as AIRS, CIR, CDR, SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential, or equivalent; Experience supporting Special Operations Forces (SOF), SOCOM, Combatant Commands (CCMDs), or Intelligence Community customers; Experience supporting cloud modernization, cybersecurity, DevSecOps, enterprise IT, data analytics, zero trust, or digital transformation programs; Understanding of federal acquisition processes, GSA contract vehicles, BPA administration, and proposal development activities; Experience supporting capture and proposal recruiting efforts, including identification of key personnel and contingent hires.
Skills: Secret, TS, Ts/sci, Air, Cir, CDR, SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential, Iso 27001:2013, Iso 20000-1:2011, Iso 9001:2015.
Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
