About the Role

As an Employee Health & Benefits Account Associate, you will join a team dedicated to delivering purposeful work and meaningful impact. You will partner with Client Managers to administer employee health and benefits programs, ensuring smooth operations between clients, insurance carriers, and internal teams. Your day will involve managing client relationships, maintaining accurate records, and preparing reports that assist in strategic planning. You will also support special projects such as open enrollment and plan renewals, while helping to develop and deliver training sessions on benefits programs.

Location & Work Model

Applicants must be within driving distance to our Atlanta, GA office to be considered for this role. The position requires the ability to commute to the office a minimum of three days per week.

Key Responsibilities
