About the Role

As an Accounting & Finance Recruiter, you will thrive in a dynamic environment where you source, screen, and place talent across all levels of the finance function. This role is designed for someone who understands the nuances of accounting and finance roles and brings a proactive approach to managing high-volume, high-priority searches with tight timelines.

You will partner closely with candidates to provide timely communication, feedback, and guidance throughout the hiring journey. Simultaneously, you will collaborate with hiring managers to refine job requirements and deliver qualified talent quickly. A key part of your day involves staying current on hiring trends, compensation data, and market conditions to effectively advise both candidates and clients.

Hiring Process
