This position is designed for a strategic thinker who thrives on analyzing complex data to drive decision-making. You will be responsible for the strategic, financial, and contractual management of health and well-being vendor plans and programs. Your work will directly impact how we support our employees, from plan design analysis across pharmacy, disability, and dental to ensuring accurate actuarial valuations and regulatory compliance.
In this role, you will tackle challenges with flexibility and grace, synthesizing large sets of data to initiate change and identify opportunities for improvement. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external parties, interpreting contracts to ensure plan provisions are administered correctly. Whether preparing Form 5500 filings or developing monthly and quarterly reports to inform business leaders, your insights will be crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our benefits ecosystem.

Experience in health and well-being plans and program management; Knowledge of health and well-being industry trends, regulations, and best practices; Experience developing health and well-being program recommendations; Prior budget, forecasting and financial reconciliation experience; Experience with Form 5500 preparation and filing requirements; SPHR, PHR and/or CEBS certification.
