Located in Lynn, MA, this full-time hybrid role operates on a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The role involves leading the day-to-day administration of medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement plans, while also managing complex vendor relationships and the annual open enrollment process. You will act as the primary escalation point for intricate employee inquiries and drive continuous improvement through data analysis and process optimization.
