The Regional Service Training Manager plays a critical role in driving performance, growth, and retention across our Field Service teams. This position is designed to elevate organizational capability by designing, delivering, and leading impactful learning and development programs that align with our business strategies.
In this role, you will facilitate instructor-led and virtual training, develop curriculum, and collaborate across departments to implement learning solutions that support onboarding, compliance, and continuous improvement. You will build a culture of learning and development focused on service excellence within the region, ensuring our Route Sales Representatives and Service management are equipped with the skills needed to succeed.
