Vaco by Highspring is partnering with a growing client to hire a Payroll Specialist to join their onsite team in Boston. This is a contract-to-perm placement with a 90-day initial term, offering a competitive rate of $40/hour.
This position is designed for a professional with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience, bringing three to five years of related payroll and accounting expertise. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with staff throughout the company. Experience with Timberline payroll is considered a plus.

Compensation is determined by a wide array of factors including skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and geographic location. In addition to the base rate, the individual may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
