The Leave and Accommodations Consultant serves as the primary point of contact for employees navigating leaves of absence and workplace accommodations. This role is designed to manage end-to-end cases while ensuring strict compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. You will deliver a consistent, positive employee experience by partnering closely with third-party leave vendors, internal HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams.
In this position, you will act as a knowledgeable guide for employees and managers regarding leave processes, timelines, and return-to-work planning. You will provide clear support on complex accommodation requests, including remote work scenarios and non-standard limitations. The role emphasizes collaboration within a dedicated Accommodations Team and a Leave of Absence Team, working across Austin and Bangalore to resolve eligibility questions, escalations, and timing issues.
This role operates within modern, state-of-the-art corporate office facilities in North Austin, featuring on-site amenities designed to create an engaging workplace. The position follows a hybrid schedule: in-office work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays. The environment prioritizes collaboration, continuous improvement, and cross-functional partnership with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and technology teams.

Familiarity with HRIS systems, particularly Workday and ServiceNow, or comparable software tools. Understanding of payroll processes and integrations related to leave and accommodations.

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred with 4+ years of leave administration experience.
