Key Responsibilities
- check_circleServe as primary point of contact for employee relations matters and provide coaching to managers
- check_circleConduct complex workplace investigations and prepare summary reports with resolution recommendations
- check_circleConsult with management to develop employee performance improvement plans and corrective actions
- check_circleReview and edit corrective action documentation and make recommendations to internal legal counsel
- check_circleTrack employee data and metrics to identify trends and define process improvements
- check_circleAdvise business leadership on employee relations issues to reduce company risk and improve team experience
- check_circleMonitor changes in federal, state, and local legislation to ensure company policy compliance
- check_circleCollaborate with leadership to implement strategies that improve employee engagement and productivity
Requirements
- verifiedMinimum 5+ years of experience in Generalist or higher role
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Human Development, Psychology, or related field preferred
- verifiedHuman resources certification (SHRM/HRCI/CERP) preferred
- verifiedProficiency in Microsoft Office products
- verifiedProficiency in HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow, PeopleSoft etc.)
- verifiedAbility to travel
Nice to Have
