We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative Recruiter to join our team in Barre, Vermont. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of building trusted relationships, paired with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. In this role, you will lead the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process, partner closely with hiring managers to attract talent, and contribute to strategic initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
