About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative Recruiter to join our team in Barre, Vermont. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of building trusted relationships, paired with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. In this role, you will lead the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process, partner closely with hiring managers to attract talent, and contribute to strategic initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture. You will be part of a supportive environment with guidance from our office staff and management team.
