About the Role
This Supervisor position serves as a pivotal leader within our Revenue Cycle Operations, reporting to the Manager of Billing Operations. You will be responsible for providing high-level assistance to MatrixCare customers, ensuring their operations run smoothly while growing the partnership. This role is designed for a high-caliber individual who exercises accountability and professionalism to maintain the exceptional service our customers deserve.
In this capacity, you will lead a team of staff performing Revenue Cycle activities, establishing and enhancing industry best practices and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) specific to Sr. Living and Skilled Nursing. Your day-to-day involves managing Team Leads and A/R Managers, overseeing payroll, process improvement, and capacity planning. You will also support implementation activities, onboarding new clients to RCM services, and utilizing operational tools like Smartsheet for receipts reporting.
