This Supervisor position serves as a pivotal leader within our Revenue Cycle Operations, reporting to the Manager of Billing Operations. You will be responsible for providing high-level assistance to MatrixCare customers, ensuring their operations run smoothly while growing the partnership. This role is designed for a high-caliber individual who exercises accountability and professionalism to maintain the exceptional service our customers deserve.
In this capacity, you will lead a team of staff performing Revenue Cycle activities, establishing and enhancing industry best practices and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) specific to Sr. Living and Skilled Nursing. Your day-to-day involves managing Team Leads and A/R Managers, overseeing payroll, process improvement, and capacity planning. You will also support implementation activities, onboarding new clients to RCM services, and utilizing operational tools like Smartsheet for receipts reporting. This is a role for someone who thrives in complex environments, embraces change, and is eager to support a diverse and inclusive culture.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, healthcare administration, or related field. Prior experience working with Medicare rules, regulations, and billing codes. Familiarity with EMR and Clearinghouse functionality, specifically MatrixCare and Change HealthCare / Inovalon.
