About the Role
As the Executive Director, you will provide proactive leadership and overall direction for the community, operating an inspiring and professional property that reflects excellence and a creative environment. You will report directly to the Regional Vice President of Operations and serve as the focal point for senior living in the area, clearly communicating the company's image and brand.
Your mission is to ensure the community provides exceptional quality, outstanding service, and superior associate engagement while maintaining strong financial results. You will independently manage all aspects of the community, including service provision, financials, human resources, licensure compliance, clinical operations, sales, marketing, and census development. The role focuses on creating a supportive workplace where staff are motivated to perform at a higher level, ultimately ensuring resident safety and satisfaction.
