About the Role

As a Customer Advocate, you will serve as the steady, supportive voice helping members navigate complex healthcare questions, medications, appointments, and benefits. This role is where compassion meets precision; you will balance empathy with technical skill to handle 50–70 interactions daily.

Hiring Process & Requirements

We are looking for dependable individuals who are technically confident and ready to commit to a structured schedule. The ideal candidate possesses a High School Diploma (Associate degree preferred) and has experience handling complex or sensitive customer interactions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously are essential.

Successful candidates will undergo an 8-week paid training program (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST) with 100% mandatory attendance. Following training, the permanent schedule requires availability between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST. The role is full-time, remote, and runs Monday through Friday, with a start date of June 22, 2026.
