About the Role
We are opening a new 1.3 million-square-foot warehouse in Plainfield, Connecticut, and we need a Recruiter to help build the team. In this role, you will be the bridge connecting quality candidates with jobs they will enjoy at our newest facility. You will partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and execute full-cycle recruiting to staff all levels of our growing operation, from entry-level roles to technical positions. Your day will involve sourcing active and passive candidates through various channels, building relationships with agencies and universities, and conducting interviews to ensure alignment with our standards.
Hiring Process
New hires joining this team are eligible for a $5,000 bonus. The role requires travel to recruitment events and Uline's North American locations for initial training.
