About the Role
Join the team opening Uline's newest warehouse in Connecticut! As a Recruiter at our 1.3 million-square-foot Plainfield facility, you will be instrumental in staffing our growing operation. Your mission is to match quality candidates with jobs they will enjoy, ranging from entry-level roles to technical and high-level positions. You will partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and prepare recruitment plans, ensuring our team is composed of individuals who fit our culture and drive our success.
