About the Role

As a Recruiter, you will be the one who makes a difference by effectively screening, interviewing, and hiring a diverse pool of qualified talent. You will partner with Hiring Managers to create internal and external recruiting methods and procedures to meet business requirements. Your day will involve proactively defining a recruiting strategy to seek out desired candidate pools, overseeing the sourcing, identification, interviewing, selection, and placement of candidates for employment.

You will contribute to the design and placement of employment advertising and ensure compliance with all legal aspects of the recruiting function.
