Your work will directly impact the organization by developing training curriculums, instructor-led and self-paced materials, and tracking program effectiveness through learner satisfaction and proficiency testing. You will also provide guidance to Learning Facilitators, ensuring all materials remain current and relevant to evolving training needs.
As part of our hiring process, we utilize HireVue, an interviewing technology that allows us to connect and gather insights regarding your relevant skills and experience at a time that suits your schedule. This tool helps us make informed decisions while offering flexibility for your availability.
