About the Firm

The Law Office of Dawn Dell'Acqua, APC is a boutique family law firm serving San Diego County. Operating since 2004, the firm specializes in family law matters, estate planning, and mediation. The practice is led by two full-time attorneys: Attorney Dawn Dell'Acqua, a certified specialist in Family Law by the State Bar of California and past president of the San Diego Family Law Bar Association, and Attorney Barbre, the managing attorney and litigator.

About the Role

We are a small, dedicated team striving to provide high-quality legal representation to our clients. This role is designed for an articulate professional who can work independently in a fast-paced environment. The core mission of this position is to ensure great customer service by maintaining a professional yet compassionate staff presence that meets the unique needs of our clients.

You will be the face of the firm, creating a welcoming environment for current and potential clients through phone and in-person interactions. Your day will involve managing the operational backbone of the practice, including maintaining multiple attorney calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling monthly billing and collections. You will also serve as a key communication link with clients and opposing counsel offices, while preparing legal documents, forms, pleadings, and orders for court filings.
