This Executive Assistant position serves as a central support resource for a senior leader and their practice team, acting as a vital integrator to connect work streams that might otherwise remain siloed. You will function as the primary communicator linking the practice team, clients, and the broader organization, ensuring seamless operations across complex legal matters.
In this role, you will manage high-level administrative support with a focus on confidentiality and discretion. Your day-to-day involves orchestrating intricate schedules across multiple time zones, coordinating travel logistics to maximize the attorney's efficiency, and serving as a professional representative for the firm in all client interactions. You will also handle specialized legal support tasks, including drafting documents, managing court filings, and maintaining detailed matter records, ensuring the attorney is fully prepared for meetings, trials, and closings.
