This Executive Assistant position serves as a central support resource for a senior leader and their practice team, acting as a vital integrator to connect work streams that might otherwise remain siloed. The role functions as a key communicator, linking the practice team, clients, and the broader organization to ensure seamless operations.
You will provide high-level, executive, and confidential administrative support within a challenging legal environment. The position requires a strategic thinker who can independently prioritize, research, and follow up on sensitive issues, recommending appropriate courses of action. As a representative of the attorney and the firm, you will approach all client interactions with professionalism, discretion, and diplomacy.
The day-to-day rhythm involves managing complex calendars across time zones, coordinating travel logistics that prioritize the attorney's time, and preparing detailed background materials and due diligence for meetings. You will also handle specialized legal support tasks, including drafting legal documents, managing court filings, and maintaining client minute books. This role demands flexibility, as you may be called upon to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet project and client needs.
Qualified candidates only. Please note that no search firms will be contacted for this position.
