We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while providing administrative support across multiple departments.
As the face of the office, you will greet clients, visitors, and guests, determining the purpose of each visit and directing them to the appropriate location. You will manage incoming communications by answering, screening, and routing phone calls, taking messages, and scheduling appointments as needed.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include performing various administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry and purchase order entry into AS400. You will follow up with vendors regarding orders and updates, provide administrative support to the Procurement Manager, and assist Customer Service Representatives by preparing and typing customer quotes. Additionally, you will maintain basic filing systems, assist with record keeping for the Controller, and receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
