The Commercial Administrative Specialist role exists to provide essential support to managers, employees, and office visitors. The core of this position is ensuring that all interactions between the organization and its external partners are positive and productive. You will be working with a supportive team environment where you can expect competitive pay and genuine career advancement opportunities. This role is ideal for someone with a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.

On a typical day, you will serve as a central point of contact, fielding incoming calls and providing excellent customer service. You will learn and articulate Snider Fleet Solutions' products and services to customers both on the phone and in person, including quoting prices and providing detailed product information. Your responsibilities will also include daily billing of invoices, processing accounts payable invoices according to company processes, and handling calls from customers and vendors regarding accounts payable and receivable. Additionally, you will assist in the monthly inventory process and help meet critical month-end, quarter-end, and year-end deadlines.
