About the Role

As an Area Director, you will lead multiple school-age childcare programs across Western New York, driving program quality, enrollment, and team success across your region. You will specifically support sites in the Finger Lakes region (Naples, Kendall, Exploration) and the Greater Buffalo area (DB Bunce, Akron, Attica).

In this role, you will oversee Site Directors and staff, conducting regular site visits to ensure each program operates safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with NYS OCFS regulations. You will partner with school administrators and families to build strong relationships, while managing the day-to-day operational challenges that arise in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Your focus will be on developing high-performing teams and ensuring engaging programming aligned with the Healthy Kids Curriculum.
