You will join the IOC Workforce Planning and Admin team within the Integrated Operations Center group. This team is dedicated to leading and coordinating workforce planning and admin initiatives across the organization, ensuring staffing needs align with business goals and optimizing workforce utilization.
This position serves as a strategic link between business and IT teams, bringing consistency and synergies to technology in use and in development. You will synthesize business problems, define outcomes, and gain consensus among senior leadership on key IOC initiatives. The role involves connecting the vision with tangible execution pieces, identifying opportunities, and managing the status of cross-functional impacts.
As a key project manager for transformational initiatives, you will build detailed project plans, facilitate meetings, and follow up with stakeholders. You will create KPIs and dashboards to monitor progress, provide analytical support by reviewing data, and develop presentations for leaders and working groups. Whether managing ad hoc requests or multi-year projects, you will collaborate with internal customers to understand their needs and communicate them effectively across the organization.
