About the Role

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will serve as the primary contact for strategic customers and sales staff, bridging the gap between client needs and our production capabilities. This role is designed to ensure seamless communication and order fulfillment in a dynamic, call center environment.

You will lead the Request for Quote (RFQ) process, managing everything from spec material collection to final sales communication. Your day-to-day involves accurately maintaining customer accounts, processing inquiries, and monitoring the progress of orders for strategic accounts. You will act as a problem solver, identifying cost-saving opportunities and providing creative solutions to meet order expectations and deadlines. This position requires working onsite in Fort Worth, TX, with a focus on maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency.

Requirements
