Key Responsibilities
- check_circleGreet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- check_circleAnswer and route incoming phone calls promptly
- check_circleManage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- check_circleMaintain reception area, conference rooms, and office organization
- check_circleAssist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- check_circlePerform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- check_circleProvide coverage for Claims Representatives during absences or high-volume periods

Requirements
