About the Role
As a Receptionist and Client Care Representative, you will serve as the welcoming face of our Scottsdale office, ensuring every client feels seen, heard, and protected. While you will manage financial portfolios, your "North Star" is the client relationship. You aren't just managing assets; you are managing the transition into a client's golden years, providing a steady hand through life's most significant changes.
In our Scottsdale office, you will act as a dedicated concierge for our families. Your mission is to ensure that every interaction with our firm is marked by warmth, clarity, and proactive care. You will be an essential part of maintaining smooth daily operations in a busy, team-oriented environment, collaborating with a staff of 15+ members to deliver seamless service.
Your day will involve greeting clients warmly, guiding new families through complex onboarding paperwork with a stress-free approach, and facilitating Family Legacy meetings. You will also host small-group workshops and client appreciation events designed to empower retirees with knowledge and community. Whether acting as a calm, empathetic resource during difficult life events like the loss of a spouse or a health crisis, or simply ensuring the reception area remains a calm and inviting space, your role is vital to our firm's culture.

Our team works together to navigate the emotional complexities of aging, grief, and legacy planning, ensuring that complex financial concepts are broken down into simple, actionable advice for our clients.
