As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of the MVD, working directly with the public at our Tucson field office. Your day involves a dynamic mix of tasks: examining documents for accuracy and security, administering driver knowledge and skills tests, and conducting vehicle inspections. You will also handle sensitive data entry, collect fees, and answer customer questions regarding vehicle records. Whether you are validating VINs, capturing customer photos for credentials, or balancing accounts, your work ensures the integrity of Arizona's transportation system.
