At Quadel, employees are more than their job titles; we are a team that believes in collaboration, continuous learning, and professional development. We offer a supportive workplace where individuals can grow their careers while contributing to important programs that strengthen communities.
The Housing Specialist II serves as a vital link in our Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program, ensuring that families receive the support they need in conformance with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations. This role is designed for a professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, managing the full lifecycle of participant eligibility and housing assistance.
In this position, you will be the face of our program for prospective owners, participants, and the public. Your day will involve conducting briefings, verifying critical information, and preparing contracts with a focus on accuracy and timeliness. Beyond the administrative tasks, you will act as a troubleshooter for complicated calculations and repayment agreements, ensuring that every family's file is maintained with the strictest confidentiality.
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of pre-employment requirements, which may include background screening, a pre-employment drug test, and verification of credentials.
