The Finance Specialist serves as a vital support pillar for the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program and general accounting operations. This role is designed to ensure the financial integrity of the program by managing complex payment cycles, reconciling accounts, and maintaining strict compliance with SEMAP and HUD standards. You will act as a key point of contact for a diverse range of stakeholders, including landlords, tenants, and federal agencies, ensuring that financial interactions are handled with accuracy, discretion, and professionalism.
