The Receptionist 3 role is designed to deliver a high-touch, hospitality-focused front desk experience within a multi-floor corporate environment. You will serve as the central point of contact for guests, employees, and vendors, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless arrival experience. This position goes beyond transactional processing to offer personalized, anticipatory service that transforms routine arrivals into memorable experiences.
In this capacity, you will act as the office's information hub and liaison, connecting visitors to the appropriate resources while maintaining a white-glove hospitality standard. The role focuses on in-person and email-based support, data management, and close collaboration with facilities and security teams. You will be the face of the office, embodying professionalism and a sincere willingness to serve, ensuring that every interaction reflects a polished, service-oriented culture.
This is a contract position based onsite in Atlanta, GA, with a primary focus on the 18th-floor reception area. The role is intended to convert to a full-time position and is ideal for a polished professional with a strong hospitality mindset and experience in hotel, concierge, or luxury customer service settings.

Experience in a high-rise or multi-floor corporate environment. Experience in luxury or high-touch guest service environments, such as fine dining or upscale hospitality. Familiarity with visitor management systems, building management ticketing platforms, and badge access systems. Ability to interpret and use data dashboards and reports to understand guest volume and facility usage patterns. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to triage facility and guest issues and route them to appropriate teams. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with cross-functional partners, including facilities, security, and event teams. Comfort participating in audits and performance reviews related to hospitality standards and service quality. Flexibility to adapt to evolving service standards, processes, and performance expectations set by management.
