This is a dynamic, part-time position designed for an amazing people person who is comfortable with sales and thrives in a family-run environment. You will serve as the welcoming face of our San Francisco clinic while simultaneously driving business growth. Your day will be a blend of world-class customer support and strategic outreach.
In this role, you will manage our three distinct business verticals through detailed outreach and follow-through. You will greet clients and visitors with warmth, handle phone and email inquiries, and ethically sell therapy plans and memberships. Beyond the front desk, you will generate new local and national business, follow up with past clients and vendors, and support our online education and coaching programs. You will also utilize your creativity to create graphics in Canva and edit videos, ensuring our social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube remains engaging.
We are looking for someone who loves wearing multiple hats and is eager to grow with us. While this role is currently part-time, it has the potential to become full-time for the right candidate as the business expands. You will work closely with the owner and a small, dedicated team of 2-3 other members, reporting directly to the Office Manager or Director.

Familiarity with Hormozi's CLOSER approach and strategies of Travis Sago, Jay Abraham, or Chet Holmes. Experience in project management, organizational skills, and execution of successful initiatives. Demonstrated success in growing social media presence on multiple platforms. Skilled in Canva, iMovie, Adobe Photoshop, and other graphic tools. Strong writing, organizational, project management, and time management skills. Working knowledge of WordPress and best SEO practices.
