About Diamond Wellness

We are a small but powerful, woman-owned business with over 30 years of experience in San Francisco. Our mission is to change the way people in pain feel, moving them from "I guess I must live with it" to a life of pain relief and improved quality. We achieve this through a unique combination of in-person therapeutic services at our physical clinic, clinical continuing education for healthcare providers, business success coaching, and corporate wellness programs.

At the heart of our operations is a commitment to "Planet People Prosperity." We give back to the community through our monthly "We Give Back" program, supporting organizations like Suicide Prevention.org, P.E.T.A., and children's services.

About the Role

This is a dynamic, part-time position designed for an amazing people person who is comfortable with sales and thrives in a family-run environment. You will serve as the welcoming face of our San Francisco clinic while simultaneously driving business growth. Your day will be a blend of world-class customer support and strategic outreach.

In this role, you will manage our three distinct business verticals through detailed outreach and follow-through. You will greet clients and visitors with warmth, handle phone and email inquiries, and ethically sell therapy plans and memberships. Beyond the front desk, you will generate new local and national business, follow up with past clients and vendors, and support our online education and coaching programs. You will also utilize your creativity to create graphics in Canva and edit videos, ensuring our social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube remains engaging.

We are looking for someone who loves wearing multiple hats and is eager to grow with us. While this role is currently part-time, it has the potential to become full-time for the right candidate as the business expands. You will work closely with the owner and a small, dedicated team of 2-3 other members, reporting directly to the Office Manager or Director.

Hiring Process & Application Instructions

We believe in open communication and mutual fit. To ensure we are both happy, a performance review will be held every 30 days until we both feel secure in the arrangement, followed by a 90-day probation period.

Experience with Google Docs, Asana, FileMaker Pro, HighLevel, Aweber, and ThriveThemes app. Experience in a medical or wellness center from a science-informed perspective.
