About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will take full ownership of a defined territory to drive profitable new business growth. This role is designed for a high-performing B2B sales professional who thrives in a full-cycle sales environment. You will represent a portfolio of technology-forward security solutions, including CCTV, advanced video surveillance, and live/remote video monitoring.

Your day-to-day involves partnering closely with operations, marketing, and sales leadership to ensure a seamless handoff and strong customer outcomes. You will lead a disciplined, consultative sales process, moving from strategic prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close. By developing persuasive business cases focused on risk reduction and operational efficiency, you will position ECAM as a trusted, long-term partner while navigating complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.

Hiring Process
