The Real Estate Planning Project Manager serves as a strategic partner within a healthcare setting, overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of real estate and facility projects. This role exists to ensure that healthcare facilities are designed, constructed, and maintained in a way that directly supports clinical operations, adheres to strict regulatory standards, and advances the organization's long-term goals.
You will act as the primary liaison between clinical departments, senior administration, and external vendors. Your day involves leading capital projects from initial concept through final completion, including renovations, expansions, and new construction. You will navigate complex feasibility studies, site selections, and design phases while managing critical relationships with architects, engineers, and contractors. A key part of your mission is balancing rigorous budget and timeline constraints with the need for high-quality, compliant healthcare environments.
Candidates will be evaluated based on their ability to demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills within the healthcare industry. The process typically involves reviewing qualifications against the required experience in facility management or construction, followed by discussions on strategic planning capabilities and stakeholder management.
