The Real Estate Manager in South Bend, Indiana, serves as the strategic architect for Lamar Advertising's local portfolio. This role exists to profitably secure, maintain, and grow the company's collection of leased and owned properties, directly enabling Lamar's mission to help local businesses and national brands reach broad audiences through its vast network of outdoor displays.
In this position, you will act as the primary liaison between the company, landowners, and government officials. Your day will involve a blend of independent market analysis to identify growth opportunities, active negotiation to secure new assets, and diligent oversight of zoning and permitting processes. You will drive the purchase and procurement of real estate while ensuring all operations align with Lamar's business practices and commitment to integrity.
