About the Role
We are seeking an Associate Real Estate Attorney to join our team in a direct hire capacity. This role is designed for a candidate with a wealth of experience in commercial real estate who is ready to take the lead on complex transactions. You will be responsible for the direct negotiation of transactional documents and the primary drafting of fundamental documents.
In this position, you will manage a challenging workload within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. You will be expected to oversee supporting junior associates as deals require, demonstrating the ability to take on significant project responsibility. The ideal candidate is diligent, detail-oriented, proactive, supportive, and team-oriented, with superior drafting and negotiation skills.
