About the Team

Home Team Luxury Realty (HTLR) is a specialized, STR-focused luxury brokerage operating as part of The Rise Collective. We support investors acquiring and selling short-term rental properties nationwide through a networked model of in-brokerage agents and referral partners. HTLR operates alongside other Rise Collective brands that support the entire STR investor journey, including education, acquisition support, and related services.

We are building a high-performing agent roster across multiple territories to serve the unique demands of the STR investment market. This is not a traditional brokerage environment; we are constructing a specialized platform with high standards and significant upside for those who can deliver.

About the Role

As a Real Estate Agent — Luxury + STR Investment Specialist, you will deliver a high-trust, high-urgency client experience to STR investors. Your mission is to become the go-to expert in your market, moving beyond generalist duties to provide consultative guidance on market risk factors, regulations, permitting, zoning, and HOA risks that impact short-term rental viability.

This role is designed for agents who want to produce $10M–$20M+ annually with structured investor demand. You will not be building from scratch; instead, you will plug into a proven investor acquisition engine where agents within our ecosystem have produced $20M+ annually from company-generated leads alone. You will manage the full transaction lifecycle, from buyer consultations and offer strategy to negotiation, contract execution, and closing, ensuring tight execution and compliance.

Locations & Opportunity Structure

We are actively recruiting agents to join our brokerage in high-priority markets including the Poconos (PA), Broken Bow (OK), Blue Ridge Mountains (GA), Sevierville Area (TN), Greater West Palm Beach (FL), Hocking Hills (OH), and Indianapolis (IN). We are also onboarding agents in Asheville (NC) and San Antonio (TX).

For all other states, we are onboarding Referral Partner Agents in targeted STR markets. Agents who consistently close investor transactions may have the opportunity to transition into a leadership role if and when we launch a brokerage entity in their state.

Hiring Process

  2. Introductory Call: A 30-minute conversation with Market Leadership to discuss your goals and fit for the ecosystem.
  3. Market Fit Discussion: Review of your local market strategy and alignment with HTLR's high-performance standards.
  4. Onboarding: Upon selection, you will be integrated into the lead flow and operational support systems.
