As a Property Manager, you will oversee the daily operations, maintenance, occupancy, and financial performance of one or more multifamily communities. You will serve as the primary liaison between residents, staff, investors, and community stakeholders, ensuring a culture of safety, accountability, and customer service excellence.
In this position, you will guide the team in achieving market results that exceed submarket occupancy and rent growth performance. You will manage complex compliance requirements including RAD, LIHTC, HUD, and Fair Housing regulations while fostering an environment where staff and residents can thrive.
