About the Role
As a Portfolio Property Manager, you will oversee multiple community associations in Bergen County. This hybrid role is designed for a dedicated professional who thrives on maintaining excellent communication with homeowners, vendors, board members, and committee members. You will be the primary liaison between the Association Board of Trustees and the community, ensuring the upkeep of grounds, common areas, and property assets while managing administrative duties and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAct as primary liaison with Board of Trustees and homeowners
- check_circleMonitor delinquency rates and oversee collections processes for the account portfolio
- check_circlePrepare Board packages and attend Board meetings and community events
- check_circleManage routine and special project vendors including procurement and performance evaluation
- check_circleCoordinate inspections of building facilities and common areas and arrange follow-up actions
- check_circleAssist the Board with architectural review processes and routine inspections
- check_circleReview monthly financial reports and submit management summaries to the Board
- check_circleMaintain unit and contract files and update resident information in the database
- check_circleSupervise operation and administration of the Association per management agreements
- check_circleOversee the accounts payable process in accordance with home office procedures
Requirements
