As a Railroad TC Technician, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to ensuring safety on railroad construction sites and state highways. This role is designed for individuals who enjoy the road and thrive in an active, outdoor environment. You will assist railroad companies with their traffic control needs, managing the setup and takedown of lane closures and work zones.
In this position, you will work independently or as part of a traffic control crew, taking direction from the prime contractor to execute project work safely. Your day-to-day involves operating various vehicles, including TMA (Truck Mounted Attenuator) and MOT vehicles, to protect workers and manage traffic flow. You will be responsible for assembling, delivering, and picking up safety products, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and order of company vehicles. This is an extensive travel position where you will spend two weeks at a time on the road, with hotel stays covered by RoadSafe.
