This position is designed for those passionate about the patient experience. As a Quality Nurse Coordinator, you will ensure all aspects of quality and performance improvement programs are in place to drive clinical excellence. You will work collaboratively with hospital staff and medical teams to collect, aggregate, and analyze data, ultimately improving patient outcomes. The role involves coordinating system-wide professional practice evaluations and participating in committees to assure continuous quality improvement. By maintaining positive relationships and promoting teamwork, you will help uphold our mission to provide care with warmth, compassion, and dignity for the individual.
