Founded in 1967, Waikiki Health is a nonprofit, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) dedicated to serving the community's most vulnerable populations. Our mission is to provide quality medical and social services that are accessible and affordable for everyone, regardless of ability to pay. We operate as a Patient-Centered Medical Home, offering holistic care in welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental environments across our clinical and program sites.
Our culture is built on core values: we are committed to the highest quality care, believe respect is the foundation of our relationships, and treat everyone as ohana with empathy and kindness. We strive to be creative and flexible in meeting community needs, empower others to reach their highest potential, and remain accountable to both the community we serve and each other.
We are seeking a Mid-Level Provider to join our team in a part-time or full-time capacity. In this role, you will independently manage the care of adult and pediatric patients while providing supervision for the care delivered by physician assistants and nurse practitioners. You will also assist in clinic teaching and administrative responsibilities, and may clinically supervise other mid-level providers.
Your day-to-day involves providing comprehensive outpatient care, consulting or referring patients to other healthcare providers and agencies as necessary, and maintaining accurate charting in accordance with legal and clinic standards. You will be responsible for dispensing medications, inoculating and vaccinating patients against communicable diseases, and participating in quality assurance plans, data collection, and analysis.
Interested candidates should apply through our ADP Workforce Now interface. For those requiring assistance, please reach out to our organization at (808) 922-4787. You may also visit www.waikikihealth.org for more information.
