About the Role
We are seeking a Mid-Level Provider to join our team in a part-time or full-time capacity. In this role, you will independently manage the care of adult and pediatric patients while providing supervision for the care delivered by physician assistants and nurse practitioners. You will also assist in clinic teaching and administrative responsibilities, and may clinically supervise other mid-level providers.
Your day-to-day involves providing comprehensive outpatient care, consulting or referring patients to other healthcare providers and agencies as necessary, and maintaining accurate charting in accordance with legal and clinic standards. You will be responsible for dispensing medications, inoculating and vaccinating patients against communicable diseases, and participating in quality assurance plans, data collection, and analysis.

Requirements
- verifiedGraduate of certified medical or osteopathic school
- verified1 year primary care physician experience preferred
- verifiedCurrent Hawaii medical license
- verifiedCurrent DEA and Hawaii Narcotics Enforcement Division licensure
- verifiedCME requirements for licensure
- verifiedGraduate of certified Physician Assistant program
- verified1 year PA primary clinic experience preferred
- verifiedHawaii RN and APRN license
- verifiedFluent in English
- verifiedEligible for credentialing with Quest and third-party payers
Nice to Have
1 year of work experience as a physician in a primary care clinic. One year of work experience as a PA in a primary clinic.
