About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to serve as a shared resource for our Phoenix, Denver, and Salt Lake City operations. This role is designed for a professional who thrives in an ever-changing environment, requiring flexibility, resourcefulness, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
In this position, you will lead, manage, document, monitor, and analyze the quality system across medium to large projects. You will be the driving force behind implementing Quality Management Plans from start to final acceptance, establishing quality control initiatives, and overseeing third-party design and testing agencies. Beyond technical oversight, you will play a key mentorship role, coaching and developing Field and Project Engineers while managing their career growth.
The day-to-day involves anticipating critical issues and opportunities as they arise, bringing creative solutions to the table, and resolving complex issues with or without guidance from Project Managers or Superintendents. You will manage subcontracts and suppliers, conduct quality program reviews, and ensure all corrective and preventative actions are effectively executed. Success in this role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
