About the Role
The Quality Manager serves as a pivotal leader within our medium to large-scale projects, tasked with managing the entire quality system from the initial Quality Management Plan through to final acceptance. This role exists to ensure that every project meets the highest standards of excellence while navigating an ever-changing environment with flexibility and resourcefulness.
In this position, you will act as a proactive problem-solver, anticipating critical issues and opportunities before they escalate. Your day will involve leading quality control initiatives, managing Non-Conformance Notices, and overseeing third-party design and testing agencies. Beyond technical oversight, you will play a key mentorship role, coaching Field and Project Engineers to foster their career development and ensuring that necessary corrective and preventative actions are implemented effectively. Success in this role requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to communicate complex quality requirements clearly to staff at all levels.

Requirements
